Aim of course:

To ensure that staff working with children and families are aware of their roles and responsibilities in cases of FII and know how to respond to possible cases.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the session participants should :

•  be aware of their roles and responsibilities when working with possible cases of FII

•  understand the assessment process in cases of FII and the implications for multidisciplinary practice and working with children and families

•  have developed skills in recording

•  recognize the blocks and barriers to effective practice and ways in which these can be addressed.
