The Threshold Guidance and Hoarding Framework have been updated
Dudley’s Threshold Framework document offers guidance on accessing the right help and support services for children, young people and their families at the right time. It sets out the different thresholds of need and intervention from early help to statutory intervention.
The Dudley Safeguarding People Partnership (DSPP) recognises that the required threshold guidance for intervention is a vital tool that underpins the local vision to provide targeted support services at the earliest opportunity – right through to specialist and statutory interventions when it is needed to promote the welfare and safety of vulnerable children and young people.
An updated version of the Threshold Guidance is available on the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub page
The Hoarding Framework offers guidance to agencies working with people who hoard. This has been developed in partnership between West Midlands Fire Service, Dudley Council, Dudley Safeguarding Board and a wide range of other agencies and is available on the Adults Local Guidance page
